The following terms and conditions constitute our Shipping & Returns Policy.

 

Flat-Rate Worldwide Shipping

We offer a flat shipping fee of $2.00 for orders shipped to all countries.

 

Returns Policy

We offer free returns within 14 days of your order receipt date. If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return the item within this 14-day window.

To qualify, items must be unused and in their original packaging. Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll process your refund or exchange promptly.

 

Shipment Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

 

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped, containing your tracking number(s). Tracking information will become active within 24 hours.

 

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package is marked as delivered but you have not received it, or if it arrives damaged, please contact us within 14 days of delivery so we can investigate and resolve the issue.

 

Change of Address / Failed Delivery

Please ensure your delivery address is correct at checkout.
If a shipment is returned due to an incorrect address or failed delivery attempt, you may be offered a reshipment at your cost or a partial refund (minus shipping).
